The cookbook features desserts which are gluten-free and friendly to the vegan or highly allergic sweet tooth. A lot of the ingredients sound new to me, but it’s looks resourceful if you’re baking for friends with strict dietary needs. In the meantime, here’s a recipe for versatile vanilla frosting/sauce created by Erin McKenna, “proprietess of BabyCakes NYC” (I had to steal that line from Amazon’s product description!)
